VSF DCJS # 11-2371 is currently hiring Floaters "On call Basis"  full time an part time Unarmed Officers.  Individuals with current DCJS (Department of Criminal Justice Service) ID, Metropolitian Police SOMB & or Maryland State police Security ID with prior experience are preferred.

Concierge / Front Desk Positions

Some Duties Of Job: Requires positive attitude, Computer skills with Proficiency in Microsoft office Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, Windows XP, Windows vista and adobe acrobat, Power Point & Internet search. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a minimally supervised environment, capability to train and learn quickly, a willingness to take initiative, flexibility regarding daily work assignments and on occasions, flexibility to work additional hours. Flexibility to travel only if needed & coordinating meetings, good oral and written communication skills. Requires Strong work ethic, extreme professionalism in both dress and demeanor, Answering telephone calls at reception desk and retrieving Voice mail messages, great phone personality skills, must be OK making lots of calls, sales & telemarketing, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, typing correspondence and forms, maintaining office files, maintaining office supplies, cleaning, receiving and logging incoming deliveries, writing reports, copying, faxing, mailing, scanning, retain copies of all paperwork and other duties as assigned from time to time.
